Dag Nyrud (Microsoft) and Merethe Stave (CloudWay and Norwegian Microsoft 365 Community) kickstart the Engage day at Microsoft, Oslo.

The Microsoft Engage Product Group

The Microsoft Engage Product Group shared their own experiences using Microsoft Engage, as well as insights into what’s coming, including their data driven approach and how Copilot fit into all of this. They provided valuable and honest answers to questions and feedback. The sessions were very inspiring. It was great to learn and see synergies and possibilities. There were great dialogues between them and the audience.

Customers stories

Four companies in Norway shared their experiences and learnings moving into Engage.

BaneNOR with Henriette (Etta) Gran Myreng, Senior communication advisor and Subject Matter Expert Viva Engage and Aina Helene Aksnes, Senior communication advisor and Viva Engage Expert:

1 year, 10 months and 19 days later…
Bane NORs bumpy, bold and absolutely beautiful Engage adventure.
– and we’re only getting started!

AF Gruppen with Harri Luchsinger, Communication advisor:

Onboarding an 80-company corporate group to Engage

DNB with Anne Line Stampe, Subject Matter Expert 365:

Experience with the transition from Workplace to Engage, where we are now, and how we think about the future.

Oslo kommune/municipality with Liz Palm, Communication advisor:

Moving 70 000 employees and 50 organizations from Workplace to Engage – how did they do it?

1:1 & 1:few meetings with the Microsoft Engage product group

We had the opportunity to book some 1:1 and 1:few meetings between companies (Customers) and the Microsoft Engage Product group. This was a very popular opportunity and halfway through day 2 of sharing the form, it was fully booked. Those customers who signed up and didn’t get a chance are first in line for next time the Microsoft Engage Product Group visit (we really hope they do!).

We also organized one 1:few meet with a group of Engage consultants/advisors as well, as they are the greatest ambassadors, way finders, guides and problem solvers out there in the field.

During both the Microsoft presentations and 1:1/1:few meetings there were lots of frank, funny and honest conversations and valuable input and information both ways. We all learnt a lot from each other and the whole experience gave such warm and positive vibes. We all want the same thing; to bring value with technology, and we will work with technology and each other to get there. It was a thrill having the Microsoft team, customers and consultants all joining forces, and I cannot wait until next time!

Lots of bright ideas and good talks when the Microsoft Engage Product Group and the local Microsoft Engage consultants (read: enthusiasts) meet and talk.
