Just as there are many ways to decorate a house, the same goes for a team*s collaboration “rooms” in Microsoft Teams.
💡One of the best tips I learned from my boss @Ståle Hansen, was to set a default order of apps/icons in the left side menu in Teams. This makes it easier to communicate when to use what and to actually find our way.

To set a default order of apps in the Teams left side rail, you need Global admin or Teams admin role.

Under Pinned apps, select Add apps. 6. In the Add pinned apps pane, search for the apps you want to add, and then select Add. Apps get added only to the scopes that the apps support. |
